How do I place an Order?

Follow the steps below once you have found the product you want to buy: Click on to add this product to your cart, Click on ‘cart’ in the top right corner, Click on the check-out option, Enter your billing information, Choose your preferred payment option, Click on place order to complete your order. Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details.

No, for Equimed Supplies you don’t need to have an account to shop with us. You just select your desired product and give some billing details for the order to be processed.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We deliver most of our products either through motorcycle rider, shipping companies and hand deliver around the CBD. For shipping companies usually deliver the next business day apart from bulky equipment which will be agreed upon during the purchase process.

Delivery is done within 24hrs from the time you place your order.

For bulk purchase and installation equipment, the buyer will agree with us on the delivery schedule.

Equimed Supplies makes shopping online easy and convenient with our pay cash on delivery method, you can as well choose to pay via M-pesa or bank transfer. We allow cash on delivery only within Nairobi Central Business District (CBD). Outside CBD the customer will pay for delivery to be arranged.
